YWAM Covenants
The UofN Workshop continues to facilitate significant moments in our mission’s history. The third day of convening together had a focus on understanding and committing to the fullness of God’s call on our lives. Danny Lehman, in Kiev, spoke an inspiring message where he pointed out the various strengths we have all been given in reaching out to our world. Darlene C followed up from Egypt where she reminded us of the various covenants God has lead us to commit to over the years. Celebrating 50 years of YWAM’s journey, it was time for the Jubilee Covenant, renewing a commitment to a holistic approach to our lives lived before God. This covenant is first personal and by implication corporate. Every person had an opportunity to make this commitment by signing their name in a booklet that will be taken around the world for many more to have an opportunity to join in. You can find the covenant text here (http://www NULL.uofnworkshop NULL.com/sites/news-reader/items/day-three-worcester NULL.html?file=tl_files/uofnws2009/media/Main%20Session%20Handouts/Jubilee%20Covenant%20%28English%29 NULL.pdf).
The GENESIS teams on each site had the privilege of joining the global body together and facilitating this moment through much intercession, operation, communication and technical service.
