Since the beginning in 2003, this global event that brings people together, bridging timezones, languages, nations and cultures, has been a place to lift up and celebrate the name of Jesus. One Voice is an opportunity to join together in great unity, expressing worship through song, dance, proclamation and other redeemed cultural expressions. Some of the most impacting moments were when we experienced the indigenous sounds of the land, like the didgeridoo from Australia, a taste of the ethnos coming before the throne of God. Prophetic words have been exchanged and brought exhortation and encouragement, deepening relationships and stirring us to pursue God to greater depths.
Today, Friday the 4th of June at 15:00 GMT we join together again, responding to this call to go deeper. Ezekiel 47 gives us an image of a river that brings healing to the nations. We’ve been called to enter into God’s river, and as we worship Him, a fruit of this is transformation that impacts the world.
