One Voice!
ONE Voice Event held on 20 November 2008, was a celebration! We linked with 6 different bases: Borgen, Ensenada, Kona, Lausanne, Townsville, and Wiler. Together with all the bases over 20 nations were represented through all the people gathered to worship together! It was a beautiful experience to connect with bases all over the world, praising God simultaneously, in real time, in different locations. Not only were we able to experience different worship styles, languages, and cultures over a video-conferencing network, we were able to feel the Spirit move throughout the various locations!
In addition to worshiping together, we had the opportunity to share what God was saying to us during this time. Darlene Cunningham and Dean Sherman shared words of encouragement to help us press in and continue to pray and wait for the fulfillment of the promises God has given to us.
This ONE Voice event was truly an exciting time of connecting with the body of Christ all over the world. It is amazing how God is using modern technology to bring glory to his name! Praise God! We hope that next time you will be there too!
Thanks to everyone in every location that put out your effort in any capacity. We saw that God really came through in our time together and we were blessed to work together with all of you.
